As the Director of Instructional Technology, my responsibilities include designing and leading teacher and student training sessions on the Windows 8 Tablet PC and accompanying software applications, while also working with Department Chairs to integrate Interactive Ebooks and all technology into the curriculum and our teachers' classrooms on a regular basis.

Over my 15 years as a professional educator, I have been and continue to be amazed by the rapidly changing environment in which we teachers work. While technology and standards are seemingly always growing and shifting, one thing remains constant: There is no substitute for a passionate, energetic, credible teacher setting the pace and inspiring young people to want to be life-long learners. In that spirit, there is noting I enjoy more than working with teachers to help them become more effective facilitators of learning and grow greater passion for this wonderful career.
